01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bd1999 website accessible at bd1999.app and any associated mobile-optimised pages, services, and content.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.

03 Account Registration and Eligibility

To access real-money games and betting markets on bd1999, you must register a verified account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• One account per person: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, bd1999 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

04 Deposits and Payment Methods

bd1999 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The following terms apply to all deposit transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used.
• Deposits are credited to your bd1999 wallet balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment provider's system status.
• bd1999 does not charge a transaction fee on standard deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges — these are outside bd1999's control.
• You may only deposit funds from a mobile wallet or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• bd1999 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit where fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected.
• Deposited funds are ring-fenced and held separately from operational funds. Your balance is available for withdrawal subject to the conditions in Section 5.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our support team. The following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within up to 24 hours during standard operating hours. Requests submitted during peak periods or public holidays may take longer.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

bd1999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions attached to the individual offer:

• Wagering requirement: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, Bonus Funds are subject to a 25× rollover requirement before associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in total wagers to be placed before withdrawal.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). 07 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on bd1999 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and fishing arcade games — are subject to the specific rules published for each game by the respective game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others). The following general rules apply across all game categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bd1999 and its game providers do not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed wager.

09 Responsible Gaming

An account is classified as inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 180 consecutive days. An account is classified as dormant after 365 consecutive days of inactivity. The following conditions apply:

• A monthly dormancy administration fee may be deducted from the balance of a dormant account. This fee will not reduce the balance below zero.

11 Limitation of Liability
